I’d have to second that vote for Ms. Dawes. Stunning athleticism! Not to mention the genuine look of “hey-this is fun!” beaming off her face after making those triple passes. Hmmm…was that the ‘91 routine? regardless, she gets my vote.

Hey,
Found your website by accident, but love it!!
Just wanted to second your vote for Ludivine. I’ve always said it and I’m surprised there is a website that seconds my opinion officially. I hope you are talking about the mask’s routine. It was just fantastic and so fun to watch. Not to mention she was a spectacular tumbler, double layout punch front. Anyway, she always had amazing floor work.
Thanks.

Onodi all the way. She is an amazing gymnast.

I really disagree with you on Lillia’s choero. It was very pedestrian and considing her talent for dance it didn’t play to her strengths at all.

I think that Ludivine’s routine in ‘95 wasn’t The Mask, but In the Hall of the Mountain King. I loved her floor routines ! I also enjoyed a lot Roza Galieva’s Russian folk in Barcelona.

yes! all the way with your top three picks: furnon, boginskaya, and mo. don’t you think shannon miller’s choreography to the “gypsy song” deserves a place up there? she really makes the music work for her here, interpreting the ballad with exquisite dance and tumbling
what would be your top 10 list for the best choreography of the 2000s? topping my list would be liukin’s “assasination tango”

I also agree on Shannon’s 92-94 floor routine. But everyone in your top ten is great too!
